I always use a hairdryer to get them off and lighter fuel to cleam up the glue left on the frame.

You can't go wrong with a sprinkling of top class British components on a Clockwork - luckily I have had all mine lying around as I never get rid of old kit (much to the wifes disgust :) )

Well, finally managed to get a few hours on this resto tonight :D Middleburns sparkle like new and my USE titanium post polished up nicely, got re-stickered and my recently restored flight stuck on top. RC35's get fitted tomorrow hopefully. I'll post some pics soon.

Orange will sort you a genuine set if you give them a ring with the frame number. They are the most ridiculously helpful bunch you will ever come across And welcome back to the Clockwork fold .... we are a friendly bunch :D

Yup Heffs in Yiewsley (West Drayton) purchased loads of XT of him once apon a time - closed down obut 4 or 5 years ago :(

I've always wanted one of these - a good friend had one built back in the early 90's - I know its still in his shed - must try and lever it away from him :D Must be one of the only London built MTB's and he still makes them new - just pop down to Croydon, get measured and hand over £825...
