I owned this a fair few years ago. Bought from Minifreak on here. Was a great bike to ride but I feared chipping the paint so much that I replaced it with £300 worth of Team Marin bought from MKOne which rode just as nicely!

Possibly. I’ve certainly read that in tests of the early Reynolds 853 ones. I’ve only ridden two of my Ritchey WCS / Tange ones (DEK 243 and 350) and they ride beautifully.

Been watching this as well with the sane question marks in my head. Photos are not great on my phone and my main question is do we all think it is actually a titanium frame, not a plated steel one?

Must be quite an early one if the Ritchey / Tange Prestige stickers are correct.

Hiya, can’t remember what they sold for. Freehubs are not readily available. But they are awesome hubs so if you come across a set in good condition for, say, under £200, I’d buy them.

Mind you I hadn’t read the description listing the scratches and dents when I wrote that though! So maybe not a good price, or a bad one. Just a relatively small amount of money for a relatively rare British frame.
