I second the above comment. Unfortunately it is the cheap standard frame and not reynolds 531. Assuming it was a banana originally then the reynolds frame had no mudguard eyelets, rear brake cable ran down the side of the crossbar, top of the forks sloped and had no crown, headset was shimano...
