Most usual places to crack were headtubes (usually at the front!) and any parts of the webbing on the seatstay/seattube junction. Will need a fair bit of maintenance in the uk too!
I know this is a bit of a longshot but anyways, the pro-floater is being resprayed now and somewhere in the two house moves i've lost the spare decal set (it'll turn up one day i'm sure). does anyone know of where i could find either a spare set or where i could get a scan made up
any help...
Trying to find a couple of bits and pieces.
1. Syncros stem, ahead, black, 1 1/8, pref not hinged front
2. any 28.6 dia seatpost, black
3. Mag21 lowers, good cond, or complete fork?
4. Red anodised rear hub, 36 hole
cheers for any help
It's the same as the Grafton grub screws which were imperial. Snap-on and Park tools both do a set, i reckon you'll need to order for the park ones (6 or 7 quid), if you know a friendly snap on dealer, they'll have one but about £20, either way it's kinda useful for old school US parts
Don't tempt me...please don't!
The mantis is emptying my pockets as it is
But....just out of curiosity, which brave is it?
mine used to be the '90(?) elevated stay, with green frontend and purple backend

Hi people,
I'm in the process of resurrecting a couple of my old bikes, and stumbled across this site while trying to get some parts together.
Currently own a 1992(?) Mantis ProFloater, which is in the process of being welded together again, a Mongoose Amplifier (which is also broken!!)...
