Finally cleaned up and back on the road. All original 86 Courier apart from new tyres, brake pads, lovely vintage style cables from Velo Duo, freewheel and bottom bracket. The saddle took some work to tidy up, and I had to polish up those Araya rims!:cool: 👌

Don't think I've ever seen a pink Seeker Mega in the flesh! 😍 Had a chance to get an early purple seeker a while back but didn't pull the trigger in time. Should have snapped it up! Got a Courier Mega & Alu Comp I'm rebuilding at the moment, keeping me busy.

I haven't taken the forks out and measured the outside diameter, but internally they're 1 1/8" So this straight 1 1/8" adapter would work perfectly. Can't find one anywhere?

Yeah tried some of these, my forks have an internal diameter of 28.6mm so they drop through without a shim and with that I get movement which is why I want this straight adapter.

Anyone have one of these or know where to find one? I've seen this adapter on Bikeheritage instagram and looks to be just what I need. Tried other adapters but need this straight 1 1/8". Most others seems to step up from Ø 1" and even with a shim I'm getting movement with the forks. Reckon this...

Any interest in this 89 Sorcerer frame? Seen better days but be a shame to trash it. Could be touched up or ideally stripped back and resprayed. From memory it's 20" £20. Ideally collection SE London.
