Re: Hi, @ ishaw the ammo has a lenght of 6.5 cm from bolt-bolt. @ ratbane The frame should be a medium, it doesn't come with ammo but I can do a bargain price of 165€ plus expedition if you take both.

Hi all, now on the rear i have an Hyperglide 8v cassette 11-28 with a deore xt rd m739 Derailleur and front 22-32-42 XT crank with xt Derailleur . since the cassette is old and ruined i buyed new crank and new chain and i whant change it. Can i put the 11-30 or 11-32 or 11-34 without problem ...

ok perfect.... i have the purple spring, i think that is should be ok as i use the bike everyday and with everithing i'll be around 85 and like the bike a little bit stiff.... about the air into the cartrige i don't know, i found around that maximum is 200psi so i think that i put around 180psi...
