If for some reason the chainset doesn't sell I need the locknut and snap ring. I also need the crank bolts. If you are at all willing to sell these parts seperately let me know.
Thanks.
I really need the locknut and snap ring from an xtr octalink crank. The ones that hold on the spider or chainrings.
The one from the xt m750 cranks might also suffice.
Thanks in advance.
BTW I am in the USA.
Thanks in advance :D
Instead of all that finders fee stuff why don't you come up a bit on your offer and buy mine. I really doubt you will be able to find a nicer example. From your Ibis post it looks like you even have plenty of cool red bits to build it back up with.
I can let mine go for a little less than I...
That's true.
I am pretty sure that 90% of all ringle stuff ever made was black silver turquiose purple or red. All the other colors were once in a blue moon special orders. I don't remember seeing anything gold out in the wild except for a couple of pairs of skewers, and of course bottle cages.
I am not entirely sure that what you are asking for ever existed. Or if they did there may have only ever been a few. Red and gold were later colors and quill stems were definitely on the way out by then.
MY way is better...
Plug ends of bars.
Spray some spraymount adhesive inside the grips.
Use a dustoff tool on your air compressor (slide the needle under the grip while pushing it onto the bar) to install.
Make sure you have them straight before the glue dries...
I know you weren't asking me directly but just my .02
The frame rides really smooth and handles really well. The extra standover clearance on the top tube makes it very flickable. It's definitely towards the more compliant less stiff end of ti frames but to me that's a good thing.
I have my ti frame 18" in perfect condition. I have the original sales brochure and a nuke proof hat to go with it. I am leaning towards keeping it because my daughter really likes it. However I would be willing to sell or trade it for the right offer.
And by the right offer I would be...
