is there no adjuster at the mech itself? Sometimes they have it on the shifter and on the mech.

Will be difficult, maybe someone here can do it. They are quite easy to do, if you have the right seals. The problem parts are the elastomers, they crumble after a while and need to be replaced

The older Judys internals do not fit. The shafts are thinner and so are the bolts. You could use the springs and mcu's, but not the dampers.
