The avaghon and Jan Jansen are finished. Whe did found some period correct shifters for the avaghon but the seller disn't react so some new sunrace shifters unfortunately.

Yes it was a complete bike when we got it. And yes the self extracting crankset. Shane it didn't caught on.

Everyone thanks for the help. Found some deore canti's that worked with v brake pads on the front wheel. For now some 600 shifters fitted. Looking for period correct ones.

Thanks for the quick replies. They are indeed 700c that's what it had when we got it. But it got al kind of different parts. Suntour brakes and front mech. Campa wheels and shimano rear mech. I try if I can get 27 wheels.

Maybe a late order. I worked at a Koga dealer and when you orderd a model at the end of the year (october-december) It sometimes came the next year in that years colours but with the older tech. Mostly because the had thad paint in the shop at that time

If you don't mind destroying the seatpost. Put the post in a big vice and use the frame as a lever.

I got a mix of brands. Tools you use alot buy the best one. I've once bought a €60 sram cable cutter for the shop once, now i've got one at home aswell. Park makes some great tools. They're truing stands are the best I used so far. But for a quick link plier the average stuff will do

Yesterday was a calm day so found some time to finish the trek. Still needs some little things but its rideable.
