Finally fitted the front brake and chain. Fitted some stainless mudgaurds we frequently use at the shop. Just the chaingaurd left ti fit.

Ran out of parts to fit so far. waiting for the rear sprocket and missing a few parts for the front brake.

Doesn't know if someone still intrested but if picked a bike out of the dumpster with ergotec shifters.
