I want a "budget" repair... Not tempting to send my frame from Norway to Canada :)

I dont think my local glue expert knows mutch about glueing titanium.. not often to come across.. My plan is to separate the other end of the tube and loosen it completely.. so i can clean properly. You dont have any information about a specific glue?

Pardon my poor english.. I have a Miyata TIRunner\Elevation 8000. The frame is loose betveen the titanium tube and aluminium lugs.. Is there any glue available to bond these parts? Anyone with experience in doing this? Thanks in advance :)
