Hi Tom - thinking of posting my 1975 Raleigh Super Course Mixte. Currently in as original condition with upright handlebars but easy to convert to drops. Let me know if this suits. Not great at measuring but it's a small and the measurement from the middle of the crank to the top of the seat...
