hi thanks for the replies. trying to remember when I got the bike as I have had it from new. will check frame for badge to say what tubing is. is there a way of dating the bike by frame number? again thanks Keith

hi all found your site as I was looking for information on my old MBK M563 mountain bike. I got the bike in 1989/90, most parts are original apart for tyres, seat post, pedals and rear rim. is it any good as I cant find anything on the internet about this model...
