Help with 1954 claud butler rear fork spacing

Hi, Have a rear fork spacing of 115mm and can't find a hub or wheel anywhere to fit, I want to have it with a 4 speed freewheel. I don't really want to cold-set it. Does anyone have any experience at getting wheels or hubs that fit them, would any other size fit? Thanks
