Thats a good time, you would have been close to me on the course then? As the timing point for lap 2 was up the top of the big climb before the singletrack, so about 15 mins after the split, and I was 1:55 its was a fair chunk into the 2nd lap as from there to the finish was only 1:15...

Top work! 7th is good :) Mega congrats! I was 172nd finisher, so that's top 1/3rd for the Full Enduro. 3:13 .. and hour down on the winner! What was your time?

Well I usually travel and hour and a bit to Gisburn, so its "only" double...

According to AA routefinder its just under 2.5 hours to Betws-y-Coed from Work. So 8pm start is doable with 5:30 finish. Trail I've wanted to do, love night riding - crazy idea to combine the 2 ... replying as much so I can easily find this thread again. Thanks

I haven't entered, no. I have entered the Megavalanche and Scottish Downhill series ... I'm not sure how that happened..... I've also entered Nutcracker XC Rd1 & Whinlatter Challenge the latter being this weekend. And will be doing as much as I can generally. If theres a place available...

This bike has now lost all its remaining retro-ness .. well apart from the frame. Judy's replaced with 2005 Fox 100/130R Classic Hope brakes replaced by modern Avid Elixer/Juicy Use/Flite gone for modern Tru/Selle. SPD's need replacing as are falling apart (gone through 3 rights 1 left...

I'm wishing I had entered the half - lol I'm been doing regular 1.5-2.0 hour rides so OK up to a couple of hours but haven't done any riding over that. the second lap is going to kill me!
