Re: Hi Dave, I've already replaced the bolt,I machined the head down on a lathe. Got about 2mm clearance between the head and the disc now. To be fair the adapter currently on the bike is working but I had to fit a solid axle as the QR nut was too soft to bite into the dropout and it's a pain...
