Late to this thread but my late1978 Bianchi Specialissima Super Corsa has recessed front and rear. The front forks match the frame and the chrome was untouched so the hole hadn't been changed

I'm restoring two Specialissima frames from 1979 and I need a set of milled brake levers for external cabling. These are basically Campagnolo Nuovo Record brakes that were milled by Bianchi specifically for the top-end race bikes
