Hope Disc Brake Adapter Info Required.

Good evening all, so I have another 1997 Orange X1 frame which has a Hope Disc Brake adapter fitted to it. Sadly the bleed valve is sheared so I’m not sure I can extract it. But I was after some info on it. What hub is compatible with it? Normal 26” disc wheels don’t fit. I would love to make an...

    Orange X1 Out of Hibernation

The last time I rode my 1997 Orange X1 was at The Malverns Classic last year in the Retro XC event, sadly I’m unable to go this year due to work but it hasn’t stop me from dusting down the X1 giving it a quick service and then taking it out on sun drenched trails for a nice warm 10’miler today...

what an amazing collection, just a question, would you consider selling the stem top cap on its own? I've been after one for a while. Kind regards. Jussa

    Malverns Classic 2025

Gutted I'm missing it this year due to a change in career and associated commitments, I rode the enduro stages on my Orange 5 last year and then the Retro XC on my 1997 Orange X1, thoroughly enjoyed the weekend, I appreciate the comments about the cost, but for what you get in terms of what's...

    1990 Haro Impulse (Skip Save)

Not one to pass up the chance to save a bike from certain death, even if it is one of the more bizarre looking bikes, my impulsive nature dragged this 1990 Haro Impulse from skip heaven, and on a budget got it back up to a rideable and quite presentable condition. It was never going to be a...

Well when your 6ft 2” and a bit buff 💪🏻 you need a top that’s comfortable lol 😂 but yes it is an XXL

    1995/96 GT RTS-2

Hi, it’s really nice, the way the rear is set up you don’t get the pogo effect so it behaves like a hardtail but with rear suspension if that makes sense? I rode it just over 16’miles on trails and it felt really planted, coped well with the rock gardens and technical bits at our trail centre.

1999 Orange UFO (Ugly Fookin Orange) Another URT in the stable!!

According to Orange only 500 across production run, sadly the gentleman’s name (Andy Mcluir) who’s on the plaque on each passed away, he was on holiday some years later in Asia and tragically killed in a tsunami. Made it more the reason to do a good job and save it too.

1999 Orange UFO (Ugly Fookin Orange) Another URT in the stable!!

Cheers, It is very much a marmite bike like its predecessor the X1 & X2 which I also have. But I love it, ugly, quirky, bizarre, weird doesn’t matter.

1999 Orange UFO (Ugly Fookin Orange) Another URT in the stable!!

Oh dear, Oh dear, what have I done again lol, Not content with my Orange X1's and the quirky URT rear ends, this monstrosity now sits in the cave. Originally starting as a frame only, my Orange parts bin was raided and soon it became what you see here. I know a few of you have seen this at the...
