Haha it always amazes me the eye to detail people on this forum have. The stem was annoying me as for some reason it could not go any lower and the proportions looked off for me! Not sure if the stem was slightly warped or what it was but I bought a replacement that fixed the issue!!

531 frame and matching forks (same serial number) Campag ends etc. Really nice frame. Has been recently refurbished. seat tube is 24". I am 6ft and just slightly too big for me unfortunately although I can ride it comfortably.a few small chips here...
I am just putting up my updated pics. I have gone for the Vittoria Corsa tyres now which has improved the look greatly (thanks for the input!). The tyres are great and the bike does feel very quick now and goes well

So I have since got screws and they are now in place (had to dig them out of my toolbox) and I have been looking for tan wall tyres but not sure what to go for. Thinking Vittoria Corsa or Panaracer gravels but any suggestions would be very welcome.

The paint is in great condition. The previous owner had it hanging up in his office apparently so it has been spared alot of the scratches, scrapes and fading alot of others have had. Having had other bikes resprayed I see a massive value in having one in an...

Thanks for the tips. Cables have been fixed and brake blocks swapped (I'm impressed with the eye for detail!!). I never got on with the toe clips (too much city riding for my wide feet) so even though I have them, I'm leaving them off!

It is a Holdsworth Professional so I would not have thought it's a poor quality BB. I cannot feel any give and the tubes look fine from the inside but I am just curious as to how that paint crack might have occurred (a bit of movement at one point?). Its only because I have had several and...
