Re: I've tried posting pics.looking at other frames I date it about 1930s. I found the frame number on the rear lugs. Which is V8233

I went to buy a bike off a guy and saw this bike hanging on his wall. I new it was old and paid him £5 to take it off his hands. It's been hand painted and the badge is missing. I've looked all over the net for bikes with similar lugs to help but nothing. Can anyone help ?
