Yep, double checking with two calculators is a good idea too. If i were to guesstimate the length i would say rear non drive is 264, drive is 262. Front is 256/8.

Most stems out there are made with more than one piece of tubing, but some are forged/machined or extruded down from stock, such as sakae.
