These are facing forward.

I recently bought a Holdsworth frame. Told 1960s, based on a Mistral. 531 frame and forks. The frame has ss sliding dropouts only, no mech hanger, no cable stops or gear/brake cable hangers, bottle cage mounts etc. Front fork has the lamps mount on the r/h fork blade. Is this a track frame?
