    Mudguards are around "28 wide (I think a bit less than 4cm)

    Pretty much, SKS assumes that Raceblades sounds fancier than "short mudguards". They are quite narrow too and can be "quick released" as well as attached permanently.

    Can someone help he out here?! I've got Mallard pedals that I bought in classifieds (dont even know why). The owner says that they are 9/16 but it seems to me that the threads are slightly larger and shorter than my shimano ones. Here is the pic. Mallard is on the left.
