Pete, If you mean a lap of Dalby, as opposed to a rally stage, I'm not sure you'll manage it. There are a lot of branches down, and heavy limbs across the trail. That's not counting the soft snow that even Gils' Pugsley was dropping through.

Pity we missed you Si. The trails were tricky and getting to Langdale would not have been easy off the main roads anyway. Given up and gone home.

Just got back in from watching the stage at the woodyard, Dalby. Lots of 911s. Traction a bit of an issue, there is a good coating of snow and it's still coming. Dalby trails will be good in the morning. I'll be riding over, so probably worn out by the time I get there.

Oo-er. That is very, very nice. You did know my Yo Eddie weakness, did you not? Its' unsold appearance at Dalby would not be good for my wallet. I hope I don't like the colour in the flesh.

It was a good day last year. Looking forward to it.

I'd missed this aftermath thread. It sounds great. I was at a similar event on the same day and location. I'm sure it wasn't this much fun. Only joking, 'twas a good laugh and I am looking forward to the redo. Unfortunately the amount of air achieved on my 29er does not vary whether snow...
