You can try Pace cycles I just struck luck and they were doing a one off with 1'' steer tube

Know what you talking about used to use DX pedals with no problems put the spank pedals on and they felt a little slippery but as time goes on they seem to be fine maybe a coating put on the pedal when new.

Must agree now changed to 100mm stem and low rise bars so much better. Must admit forks have raised the front end but finding 1" forks is so hard and I managed to pick these up new from Pace to good to turn down

Love the forks I have a set still trying to get them apart to rebuild

Thanks for your comments, it did raise the front end by just under an 1" but has had no real effect on the ride which is great

Well it was about time I did it, I was lucky enough to buy a Bontrager Ti Lite in 1996 and have been enjoying it ever since. At the end of last year I made up my mind to have a little revamp 5 months later and a lot of leg work and great help from a local bike shop it's done, hopefully not to...

Thank god for that just in the process of changing around by bonty and considering if I should add any Bling just for a change and looking at your race lite I think I will now. Nice bike and still one of the best single track bikes ever.
