I've stripped it since getting it, looked like they'd had painted it very poorly. The original color was red under the dodgy paint. What could the cc stand for as I know the carlton Raleigh pros had this cutout?

I brought this bike on eBay for £38, does anyone have any idea what it is? There's a serial no. On the bb but it's only 4 digits 2532?? Can't find anything else on it that would help! Thank you I've attached a link to the pics :) http://pinterest.com/iaintredway/bikes/
