It looks like the 18" C-C the top tube length measures about 22 1/2" Have poped a photo of the frame size sticker that diamond back have on the frame.

Deore MT60 Pedals Have some deore MT60 Pedals to add too. Bearings seem good a bit tatty but they are pedals. :) £10
