I had a Puch Pacemaker, definitely had a Simplex mech, mine was red, not sure if they did any other colours.

Silly question maybe - but how do you stop it? Can't even see a coaster brake! Agreed it should be kept as original as possible, great find!

I have a 23" Raleigh Lenton Sports frame and forks, complete with bottom bracket and seatpost that I am looking to sell if you are interested. It needs stripping and painting as the paint is very worn, I think it used to be a dark inky blue colour originally, although it's perhaps a bit later...

Well it looks like I must have the other small framed one as mine is virtually identical to yours. I've owned it for about 10 years, ony non standard thing is the Ritchey Vector saddle and gold cage type pedals I have fitted. They're a lovely bike, very responsive and I think they look great!
