The decal looks exactly like the pretty shoddy one my mate received from H Lloyd, the *copyright* holder on Reynolds decals pre 1990. Lloyd has been mostly superseded by better/cheaper decal suppliers on eBay, but this definitely looks like one of his efforts. Would concur 100% that this is just...
Yep.. 7.5k for a bike he bought a well known Greek dealer for probably a third of that.
