An early Merlin with the rear brakes at the bottom bracket. If I found one I would have Steve Potts make a type 2 fork for it (for roller cam brakes), and then I could die happily :D

Honestly, the stem is slammed all the way to the bottom of the steer tube! I'm considering cutting off a bunch of it.... I compared it to some of my "long" Nitto Technomics stems, and it is much longer? For what it's worth, I'm a stickler for "minimum insertion marks"!

So I am in the middle of dialing this in. It's a Research Dynamics Coyote 3. It is built up with a mix of XT and LX. The bars are Specialized BB-1 with an 8cm Nitto Dirt Drop stem,Tectro brakes, Shimano Levers.

New guy here. Picked this "Wind River" up the other day. I'm fairly sure it's an 88'. It is equipped with Suntour XC 9000 components. I have searched the internet, and haven't seen any others like it? Anyone have a clue about this particular model?
