Re: Ahh I can see there’s another number on one of the crank sides of the shell but unfortunately is obscured by paint. It’s been renovated by Bob Jackson, very nicely, and the stamps on the fork crown, seat stays and brake bridge would suggest it is a DL. Here’s a phone pic.
