It comes in various codes (242, 243, 246, 248, 2432 & 2440) but it's the Blue medium strength stuff you're after.

I've had much the same day as you, Thorpie. There doesn't seem to be a single triple-butted P2 in the UK that's got a long enough steerer for my Kilauea. I was going to get mine powdercoated in the gunmetal colour once I'd found one but it doesn't look like I'll be finding one soon.

I'm starting to think you might be right... So, anyone know what type of front mech my Kilauea had and where I can source one? I think the shed's eaten the original one. I'm guessing it was an top-swing LX but unsure of diameter (I'll measure the tube later) and model.

I think alkingsmill was right. I'm now looking at powder coating a black P2 fork so it looks the right colour. Don't suppose anyone knows the colour code for the paint and where I could get some original decals or some repros made?

Just in case I do keep her, are there specified lengths for the various incarnations of P2 forks? Don't want to buy something and get sent the wrong thing but through my lack of knowledge not actually realise!
