Moulton Series 1 Fork Part Wanted

Hi, I need a plastic bush that's part of the fork of my series 1 moulton. The bush slides up and down the serrated part of the fork engages with the steerer tube stopping the fork part turning independently of the tube. If you understood what I'm talking about and you have one, I'd love it...

Identifying my R O Harrison frame - Resto Project

The distance between dropouts is 110-115mm. What would the bike be likely to have been set up with originally if not a freewheel? Single speed? Hub gears? Anyway, it seems I have an early Cyclo Benelux derailleur and shifter spare!

Identifying my R O Harrison frame - Resto Project

That's another aspect to this thing I hadn't even thought about. To me 'pre war'/'post war' are chronological terms indicating age as a date would. It's a leap to think about the fact that, yeah, these guys were about to be, were being and had been living through some hellish times. I'm going to...

Identifying my R O Harrison frame - Resto Project

I've checked the steerer tube and there's nothing there. So definitely no S/N at all on this frame. Could this be of any significance in determining the date of the frame or for any other reason? I have been given a Cyclo derailleur of the period. I will post a pic of it later this eve - If it...

Identifying my R O Harrison frame - Resto Project

It's got to be the steerer tube, I'll be taking it out in the morning for an inspection. In the mean time, I have a friend who has a Cyclo derailleur and shifter that he thinks would suite the bike/period... Honestly - I'm out of my depth but learning fast - could this be a missing part of my...

Identifying my R O Harrison frame - Resto Project

Hi Terry, Thanks for your response. I'd had a look at the classic lightweights site. Loads of really good info but the serial number info on there isn't applicable in this case. The author talks about six and seven digit serial numbers, this has four digits, hyphen and then a single digit...

Identifying my R O Harrison frame - Resto Project

Can anyone help me identify this bike frame? I know only that it is an R O Harrison. I fell in love with the detail of the lugs when I was shown the frame. Could this be a bit special? Please help. I hadn't intended to do anything like a restoration with it but I think it would be a great...
