Just got a message from the owner, he says that Top tube length is 50cm, and that it was designed to be used with a 20cm stem and a 650 wheel up front. He is my height and he used it wit 700 wheels front and back with a 13cm stem. So I guess Matt is wright. Still don’t know if this will fit me...
