Saddle, breakhoods are also black :facepalm: With cables (first attemp) make the bike to pale. That also counts for the saddle. The light blue color needs some contrast.

They did: Last weekend I visit Giosgremlin and we made a nice tour in and around Hamburg. Both on a Gios bike :shock: A the door of the oldest Italian restaurant in Hamburg. From 1905 til now the same family!!!!

Thanks for all comments. I building racebike (wheels as well) sins I was 13 years old and that's a long way back. In 44 years building over 150 bike's (own use and friends only) in steal with classic aluminium colored parts. Even on my age :facepalm: I need some changes so this bike in this...

I started with a Nikon FM and F2as. So above camera's are a few years before but for me the F is the godfather of all SLR's. And the Nikon rangefinder is...........amazing !

Headbadge and hubs with the butterfly nuts. Almost better then sex 8) Super. For me personal a few years to old because I use retro bikes for retro-ride in Italy with steep mountains. But to view this topic is great!

Re: 1985 Gios Professional Great deal but please go for a repaint. Consider Gios blue ore white. They made this frame a few years in white. Last winter I restore one myself: Good luck and fun with this project and I please to love to follow this one :D
