    Servicing M900 rear hub

Yeah you're right, I might be better off with a knackered m900 than testing out several XT hubs, thanks for your help, much appreciated @Dr Dremel :)

    Servicing M900 rear hub

Thanks @Tootyred ! I looked up the specs of xt hubs (M737 & M732) and seal ring part numbers don't match but if I find a low cost hub I think I will give it a try. I'll keep you posted !

    Servicing M900 rear hub

Thank you all for the tips :) Very much appreciated ! It seems XT hubs from the same era (737) have the same seals, i'll try to get a cheap one somewhere. As for the threads, I will keep the right hand cone on the axle and put back the left one without bothering too much about the threads. Will...

    Servicing M900 rear hub

Hey everyone, I'm currently servicing a M900 rear hub (still need to find time to put up a build thread...) and have a few questions. - I'm missing a seal ring on the right hand cone : how bad is it ? Are these kind of seals still sold somewhere on the internet, or should I rather try to...

    Wanted 26.4mm seatpost & 1 1/8 unthreaded Marin fork

Fork is sorted as well, thanks to Tootyred, but I can't seem to switch this post to "Sorted". Being still a retro newbie might be the reason for that ?

    Wanted 26.4mm seatpost & 1 1/8 unthreaded Marin fork

Hi @Hairylegs66 So sorry for my late reply, I missed your answer. Lovely seatpost you have here, a bit above my budget unfortunately. I finally got my hands on a cheaper one with a bit of layback. Thank you for your offer though. Cheers, Frye

    Wanted 26.4mm seatpost & 1 1/8 unthreaded Marin fork

Oh, allright thanks for the tips ! I'll look for a seatpost with some layback. I am not in a big hurry about these builds so I'll wait a bit to see if anyone has a marin 26.4.

    Wanted 26.4mm seatpost & 1 1/8 unthreaded Marin fork

Hi everyone ! I recently got my hands on two nice Marin frames (a few pics attached) : Marin Team Issue 1992 (with the rather strange serial number) in original condition, with a few spots of rust (but a seized BB :( ). Marin Team 1993 (M23**** serial number) that was repainted. Therefore, I'm...
