Hello, Hope somebody can help with this please. I am trying to change travel on a 2015 rock shox revelation fork that came as 120mm travel but would like 150mm travel. I purchased the correct air shaft (222.2mm) and followed the how to instructions to swap over the air shaft. When all...
Hello, I would appreciate any help with my fork travel problem. I have a a set of rock shox revelation 2015 forks that have 120mm as original travel length. I would like to change the travel to 150mm and have purchased the correct length air shaft (222.2mm). I have watched several how to...
Hello, Looking for a Marzocchi fork pump that also has the smaller diameter female adapter. I have recently purchased a pair of Z1 Bomber SL forks but am unable to add air into the chambers as they have a smaller female thread. Any help appreciated. Regards Frank.

Thank you for the information. I have a socket set Allen key that fits on an extension bar that will reach down inside the stantion. I have now tried this with the 3mm key and it appears to be slipping. I can feel it bumping over as I turn it. These forks were bought second hand so a...
Hello, I am hoping someone holds the answer to my question. I have a set of Marzocchi Bomber mx comp ETA (2003) forks. According to the instruction manual I understand that the rebound is adjusted internally with an Allen key within the right leg after removing the top cap. But does not say...

Hello, yes I am still interested in the parts, the middle set look like they will work, the thread is 8mm. £6 is very fair. How would you like me to pay? We will need to exchange addresses. I plan to put the forks on a 1995 Kona Cinder cone that I have owned from New.
The left leg has the ETA function. Right leg only has an air valve on top. And I believe there is an internal damping adjustment inside the right leg. I am planning to change the oil in the next couple of days so I will report my findings.

Hello, I have tried twice to submit a file but have told the file is too large and I am now defeated by the technology. The forks are Marzocchi Bomber MX Comp 03, 105mm travel. Black fork with grey/red decals. There was a plastic plug where the brake bosses fit. These I have removed and...

So these images show what is needed to allow me to use v brakes on marzocchi forks. There is a bit more to it than I was expecting. I have been looking online with little success. Any idea where I can obtain a set of these? Would a bike shop have these in stock?
Hello, I am hoping to fit some marzocchi suspension forks and use my existing v brakes with them. The forks have a threadded boss where the brakes should fit and I have found the mounts to insert into these (8mm). So far so good. My problem is there is nowhere for the brake tension spring to...
Re:
Ok, I contacted one of my LBS and they declined to service the forks due to their age and that if parts were needed to be replaced they were not kept in stock which I thought was fair. Given that the forks are as new except for their age I am assuming they will not need any parts replacing...
