    Brake lever components

Cheers, I've designed the perch with the holder integral. They're coming along nicely, I'm just waiting for the return springs to arrive before I make the moulds.

    Brake lever components

I think I've found a solution. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/313776978464?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=hdgfxfr4tus&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=d3rj4SPkRY2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY Cable noodle adjusters. Hadn't heard of these before. I'm going to print of a prototype for a...

    Brake lever components

All very good points. I don't know that anodising would inhibit galvanic corrosion, and I hadn't considered plating aluminium as I'm not sure that's readily available as a service. But you are correct, I could just treat the adjusters as consumables. I'd have to see how that goes, as galvanic...

    Brake lever components

I've thought about an integral drum holder, but worried about wear. I guess I could have an insert though. I wonder how effective those inline adjusters would be, whether they'd have enough adjustment? Any experience with them? Cheers, Andy

    Brake lever components

Hi all, I'm after some help, I'm looking to design and make some compression moulded carbon brake levers (perch and blade). I'm struggling to find barrel adjusters in stainless or brass (aluminium is a no go due to galvanic corosion). Also, I can't find any drum holders (hinged bracket the...

Wanted Pace RC36 EVO - V Brake Mounts

Yeah, that seems probable given the location of the crack on the left leg. Incoming direct message (as long as I can). Having slept on it (very uncomfortable and now have carbon splinters) I'm thinking I might keep this pair.

Wanted Pace RC36 EVO - V Brake Mounts

Doesn't look like I'll be needing these. The forks arrived and one side the carbon is cracked, so no good except for spares.

Wanted Pace RC36 EVO - V Brake Mounts

Hi all, Just asking on the off chance anyone has any V Brake mounts that fit the RC36 EVO. Pace has some V-Brake mounts for the RC31 on the website, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't work. Worst case, I'll have to make some, but I can't make them with the recessed channel. Thanks in advance, Andy

    Clockwork Fork knowledge (looking for)

Where did you find bombers were an option? I couldn't see that, found that Judy XC/XL, Pace RC36's were available as an upgrade for the '98 models. Turns out mine's a '99 model (frame produced in '98) and there was probably a Manitou option too. And my RST's are probably factory fitted. In all...
