    As far as I know the Valkyrie suspension was only a prototype featured in MBA on february 1991. The serial Number as many of Mantis prototypes was one of a kind, on the bottom braket Is stamped Mantishock

    From the thickness of the cups it's an early Chris King model, so aligned with the bike that I guess was made in between 1987-1989....

    I'm always happy when i see a beautiful Mantis to get back at it's former glory! If I may permit Gianni, a Ringle' seatpost will be as " cacio sui maccheroni"...otherwise a beautiful frame with a nice selection of boutique components!
