I will give you some love here - as I own a similar frame and am finishing it up now! Just landed an AMP F2 fork for it, and shifters arriving in a few days. Won't be a full period correct build (close-ish) but I intend to ride it hard!

Specialized Stump M2 also came in an XS size and probably easier to locate. My wife has an XS M4 Stumpy (below). There are also some XS Fat Chances Yo Betty! and the like out there.
landed a proper 1" steel stem (made by Chris Kelly I believe) and a NOS LX trigger shifter.
eventually I'll find the right Bonty Ti bar for it and I think some Paul brake levers would like nice on there instead of the bulky Avids, but all the adjustments are nice for smaller kid hands. But...
