Bit embarrassed but this is what it looked like when i piked it up.. Note mudguards, 3 sets of bottle cage mounts, canti brakes. The Mountain Bike bars and gears have gone, downtube shifters going back on with drop bars. Just sourced a front pannier rack. Ran out of money this month :(...

Left hand shifter wanted for Deore LX BR-M567. 3 Speed. The damn thumb release on mine broke so stuck in top gear ! Brake/Paint not important as I only need the thumb sift part.
