I built a fake Guvnor too!! Started with A very old Dawes from of the bay, Mines not exactly finished have her stripped down again and need some more period parts. Rode her fixed and brakeless to work for a couple of months, Certainly wakes you up in the morning!!

What year is your bike?

I have just bought what appears to be a 1996 Kona Lava dome frame from Ernie off here. Im looking for forks, Pref Project2s Or simillar. My question is should I be looking for 420 or 440 mm forks, Ie was the Geometry corrected in 1996 or not? Cheers Stu.
