I got this frame plannng to buld it up into a basket equipped shopping bike, but realised it's just too big for me, so it's for sale. 1991 (I think) Scott Windriver Sports 19 1/2" (as per the sticker on the rear of the seat tube) and I measured it (CtoC). Top tube is a fraction under 23" (CtoC)...

Brooks Ti B17 black Nicely broken in! Fairly well used and well cared for. Regularly proof hide-d. There is one notable scratch on the top, but it’s not deep. I think it looks more noticeable in the photo than in real life. Scuff by the nose rivet, and small scuffs but the rear side...

Has anyone got a 1" threadless stem lurking surplus to requirements please? Ideally for 25.4 bars and with fairly short reach (60-80mm) but I'm open to whatever! Flexible as to angle/rise/drop. Black would be good but anything considered, it's needed to replace the rubbish 'suspension' fork...
