I got this frame plannng to buld it up into a basket equipped shopping bike, but realised it's just too big for me, so it's for sale.
1991 (I think) Scott Windriver Sports 19 1/2" (as per the sticker on the rear of the seat tube) and I measured it (CtoC).
Top tube is a fraction under 23" (CtoC)...

Nicely broken in! Fairly well used and well cared for.
Regularly proof hide-d. There is one notable scratch on the top, but it’s not deep. I think it looks more noticeable in the photo than in real life. Scuff by the nose rivet, and small scuffs but the rear side...
My ‘winter fix’ is for sale due to lack of use. This has done less than 200 miles since I built it up. All the references to (new) below, are parts I bought for this build.

Ideally for 25.4 bars and with fairly short reach (60-80mm) but I'm open to whatever! Flexible as to angle/rise/drop.
Black would be good but anything considered, it's needed to replace the rubbish 'suspension' fork...

A bit of online digging has identified that brocklanders023 was right. :D The tip bike is a Ridgeback - ID'd by virtue of the squared off rear cable hanger mount
