hello it's been a while :) i have someone who wants to sell this bike...it looks like a fake scott to me but he insists that he bought the bike in 1991 from Germany. it has the front brake on the right side(the correct british way) so it might not even come from Germany have you ever seen...

@sfklein...with 4000$ i can get you a 8kg hardtail easily and yes, there are a few brands that have gone in the opposite direction(involution), like klein and kona. they aren't what they used to be and they aren't the only ones! other than these few exceptions i think everything is much better...
