Re:
they sound good - I'd take one for the front as i've now put a drop bolt on the back (homemade). Would you consider selling 1x front long reach, maybe a dual pivot if you have one?
I'm building up an Ian May frame that I bought via this forum (thank you!) and am wondering if anyone has a pair of long reach calipers lying around - the older the vintage, the better
The frame was intended for 27 inch wheels, hence the reach issue
Hello, have a look at this
https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-anz ... 8-217-2631
The guy is asking €100, which is a bargain in my eyes, but what do you think? Looks like an alu frame, a tiny bit rusty here and there but looks like only surface rust.
Shimano 600 mechs, cranks, full groupset...
Here's a link to one image: https://ibb.co/vVwhz5y
It's a beauty but my girlfriend doesn't like the colour scheme. Otherwise I would've bitten your hand off.
I'm sure someone on here will be very interested.
I'm after a very small frame (ideally even a children's bike) for someone ~155cm/5ft in height, as part of a full bike w/ wheels etc. But I'd also take a frame to build up myself if the price is right.
I'm in Germany so ideally someone would be willing to break it down and put it in a bike box...
You can buy barrel adjusters/cable guides that sit on the bosses to route your gear cables through. Looks pretty good.
Or you angle-grind the bosses off, sand them down and putty them up before a respray
I've got one of these! It's lovely. I took the paint off and resprayed because of too many chips and scratches (and it was purple into turquoise fade, ew) and went 'hellelfenbein' (light ivory). Bit sloppy but from far it's gorgeous.
But the allen bolt ruins seatposts! It just screws straight...
