Has anyone attempted to repair cracks in an aluminum swingarm or frame? I could stop drill the crack if it was on a wider surface but it wraps around the tube.

I have an RTS frame that is in mostly nice condition, but there is a big crack in the top swingarm where the brake brace meets the right seatstay. I would like to buy a rear triangle or even top section of the rear swingarm.

Decals Thanks, Gil responded to me within a day and hopefully we'll come up with something. I'll let everyone know if I'm successful so future readers can find the same answer via Google.

Surface rust I don't know if it is available in the Uk but Evapo-Rust will work wonders on the components if you let it soak for a day. As for the frame, I just had a similar Specialized frame sandblasted and powdercoated to get rid of the surface rust.

Hi, I've Googled this question and not found any answers. I'm considering having my Ground Control stripped and powder coated or painted but want to find at least most of the decals before I do. Does anyone know of a source?
