I'm thinking about spending a small fortune on a Campagnolo Euclid brakeset just for the cantilever brakes themselves. Does anyone know if they will fit touring bike rims 22 mm wide?
Does anyone know who made the Toulouse/Tourist style handlebars that say "1" and "Road Professional" on the front near the bulge for the stem? They're about twenty years old. Are they British, French or other?

Dear Jim, Thanks a lot! I'm going to contact Edco about a replacement ring. Using your formula, the inner chainring BCD turns out to be 85mm.

I have an Edco Competition Triple chainring set from the late 80s. Slowly the innermost, granny chainring is wearing out and it's time to replace it. Friends have told me the BCD of this is non-standard, i.e., not 74mm. Does anyone know the BCD, and who else might have made one that size...

I just purchased a NOS freewheel style Mavic 550RD rear hub sight unseen which the seller claimed had English threads. It turns out that they are actually Italian thread 35mmX24 tpi. Will I be able to fit a normal English thread Shimano freewheel onto the hub? I haven't tried because I want to...
