If the bike is worth 650-800 in parts I think people need to use a bit of guesswork with offers or I take it apart and conservatively get £650! £450 for example is just daft, I'm not likely to take a £200 hit for ease of supply. Obviously really I reckon, I may have a few parts left for a month...
I've changed the listing as I don't want it to be potentially misleading, its untouched and perfect but yes professionally resprayed had new decals so touched from original.
Had a couple of offers but bit too low, I'll give it another week or two then break it if I don't get a buyer.
It is a stunning bike and I'll take £575 from forum members willing to collect or I'll break it and sell its immaculate parts - just seems a shame to do that.
Frame and fork must be in good nick as the Matt black finish on the frame will be hard to replicate on a respray and probably cost a bit, but the rest of the bike condition I'm not bothered about.
Was my dream bike at school so would love to source one!
Spoke too soon, seller only around Friday AM - noon or Saturday and other than Parcelmonkey that I've only heard bad things about no one is able to collect for personal customers with time slots like that and I don't want to risk paying and them not be there unless I'm willing to pay DHL £130...
In the end I've used Parcel Force 48 - £35.66 with insurance of £800, if the value had been £100 it would only cost £11.90!
Thanks for your help folks!
