    Thanks John for your words of wisdom, I am not here to offend anyone or cause any hassles, merely thought the cyclists out there would rather have the chance to get hold of my odd items as apposed to ending up binned down the line. Im all up for keeping older and retro bikes up and running!

    Yes the cable rocker shoul help as i keep the cable angle running to each brake arm much better for a more direct pull, where as a straddle wire moves up changing the leverage to a less efficent angle the more you pull it!
