It has a mix of Mafac, Shimano 600 Arabesque and Suntour VX parts. Had been dry stored for about 20 years so the oil and grease has congealed, hence the stiff rear derailleur. :)
Whereabouts in the Cotswolds? I spent my youth in Dursley and rode a Maverick. I've just been offered a nice white Mirage for £25 and collect tonight. 🙂

Re: Peugeot Ultima 753
Bought a vintage Peugeot racing bike for £100 recently and think that I may have underpaid. Has full Shimano 600 tri colour groupset incliding hubs and pedals. Has anodized Wolber rims with 20mm tyres.
Hi all!
I have three mountain bikes for sale. I'll get some images uploaded soon. I'm located in Harlow, Essex. Looking for £60 each.
I also have a small framed Raleigh Dyna Tech 400 Ti that is a little rough but recoverable that is also for sale.
Any interest?

Re: Team Banana
Hi!
That's a GREAT looking old Raleigh Banana bike! I recently rode a steel Raleigh and although it was heavy it was strong and was surprisingly quick. I now have an Aluminium/Carbon road bike and although it's half of the weight of the Raleigh, I'm only improving my 17 mile...
Re: Re:
Thank you for replying James.
Bikerecyclery appear not to have the needed parts and Boulderbicycle is closed for Easter (and half of the year year).
I shall keep on looking.....
Hi Rod!
I have Cyclone 7000 shifters already thank you. They came as braze-on shifters but can be adapted. Cost £11 posted and are almost new with stickers attached. :)
